Hi, all i am the old fella that now has R138 XND ( BIGLM). interesting fact, i was the original first member of the Marcos Club, way back in the early seventies, my No was 1,my car was an 1800 with the Volvo engine & Di Dion rr tube, reg No HGF i C. At a later date after three years of not attending Donnington because i was completely refurbing HGF, i went & got myself a three litre Ford to go to Don, but i did actually finish HGF in time so my then wife drove it up while i drove the Ford. So i may seem like a new member,but am in fact a long time enthusiast.

    Hello, ex R138 XND here!! hope the car is giving you trouble free enjoyment, and i bet you are getting plenty of attention and pictures taken of the beast when you are out!!!! i always did, the LM600 is coming along well, will end up looking alot like your one very similer carbon fibre attachments, hope to see you and the beast soon i do miss the car, but its not every day a LM600 comes along, which is what i really always wanted.

    Hi, Boycey, Thanks for the comments, yes i have had people making plenty of comments, i love the car just standing still in the garage,i have polished it about five times already, but it will never be enough ,i will be polishing it whenever the weather is good,as you know i have always been a fan of these cars,but i never thought i would buy one as in your face as R138xnd,.Being an old git people wonder if i have lost my marbles,well maybe but who gives a ----- . But my ex who was with me the day we met and with whom i am still the best of friends with,said when asked for advice,"why not", wasnt expecting that ,when we were married and i spent a lot of time with my first cars and use to get a bit annoyed.
    I will do my best to look agter your baby. we will talk further no doubt.
